Montelongo Set 2 Finish Concrete was founded by Frank Montelongo in 2007. With experience in concrete dating back to the 90’s and after 14 years working customer service at ADEC, Frank believes that providing the best customer service goes hand-in-hand with providing the best quality craftsmanship.

Frank is a proud member of his community, and is active with the Rotary Club of Newberg, Chehalem Valley Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the Dayton School Board for 14+ years.
